Suzanna has over a decade of experience in the aged car and retirement living sectors, which included leading the single largest residential aged care provider in Australia. Suzanne’s impressive background includes roles as Transitional CEO at Levande, Managing Director of Bupa Villages and Aged Care, Australia, and Executive General Manager of Residential Communities for Australian Unity. With a wealth of knowledge in the Retirement & Aged Care sector, Suzanne joined the helm of Oceania in July 2024, and is focused on developing and operating villages that reimagine the retirement living and aged car experience though a human-centered approach.
